Can I change or cancel my order?
Information about making changes to existing orders.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to make changes or cancel it.
Because orders are processed quickly, please contact us as soon as possible with:
- Your order number
- The email address used at checkout
- The change you would like to make
We may be able to help with changes such as updating the delivery address, changing quantities, correcting product choices, or cancelling an order before it is dispatched.
If the order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to stop or change the delivery. In that case, we will advise you on the next available options, such as returning the item if eligible.
Please do not place a second order to correct a mistake unless we have advised you to do so, as this may result in duplicate orders being processed.
