How do I track my order?
Information about tracking emails, dispatch notifications, and delivery updates.
Once your order has been dispatched, you should receive a tracking email from DHL (for parcel deliveries) or Safe Transport (for larger pallet deliveries). You will also receive a phone call if your order is being delivered on a pallet service.
Tracking information is normally sent once your order has left our warehouse. Please check your inbox and spam/junk folder if you cannot find your tracking email.
Parcel deliveries are usually fully trackable online through the courier link provided in your dispatch email. Larger pallet deliveries may include telephone updates from the transport provider instead of detailed live tracking.
Please note that some products may be shipped directly from our suppliers. Where this applies, delivery updates and lead times may vary slightly depending on stock availability and the type of product ordered.
If your tracking has not updated, your delivery is delayed, or you have not received dispatch information, please contact us with:
- Your order number
- The email address used at checkout
- Any delivery details or issues you have noticed
Our team will then take a closer look and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
