How long does delivery take?

Most orders are delivered within 1–3 working days, depending on the delivery service selected, the items ordered, and your location. Next day options are available for many products and locations at an extra charge.
Parcel deliveries are usually sent by DHL. Larger or heavier items may be sent by pallet delivery with Safe Transport, which can take slightly longer and may involve a phone call from the delivery provider to arrange or confirm delivery.
Some larger, specialist, or made-to-order products may be delivered directly from our suppliers rather than from our own warehouse. Where this applies, we will contact you to discuss expected lead times once your order has been placed.
