Can I request special delivery instructions?

You can add delivery instructions during checkout, or contact us after ordering if you need to pass on additional information.

We will pass reasonable delivery requests to the courier or transport provider, but we cannot guarantee that every instruction can be followed.

For pallet deliveries, access must usually be suitable for larger vehicles and hard-standing delivery. Drivers are not usually able to carry heavy goods across soft ground, through properties, or to rear gardens.

If your site has restricted access, please contact us before ordering so we can advise.

We also recommend adding your what3words location during the checkout process, as DHL now use this.
