What is your returns policy?
Information about returning unused items.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Items should be unused, unopened where applicable, and in a resalable condition. Please keep the original packaging where possible, as this helps protect the item during return transport.
If you would like to return an item, please contact us before sending it back. Include:
- Your order number
- The item you would like to return
- The reason for the return
- Your contact details
For unwanted items or items ordered in error, return postage is normally the customer’s responsibility. If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we will help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Some products may not be suitable for return once opened, used, mixed, installed, or specially ordered. If you are unsure whether your item can be returned, please contact us and we will advise.
