What should I do if I entered the wrong delivery address?

If you entered the wrong delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible.

Include:
- Your order number
- The email address used at checkout
- The correct delivery address
- Any important delivery instructions

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to update the delivery address before it leaves us.

If your order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address. For parcel deliveries, the courier may offer options through their tracking system. For pallet deliveries, we may need to speak with the transport provider to see what is possible.

Please check your order confirmation carefully after placing an order, especially the postcode, house number, business name, and delivery contact number.
